may it seems a wired request, but I have same question and unfortunately I do live in West Coast, so I can't visit where you do practice! may you should take a short film of how YOU make a coffee with your Aeropress. I know there are many tutorials on net to watch, but it is different when I learn from someone who I am familiar with (even virtually!).
